TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

(If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.)

Part I

The following describes the warranty policy of Synnex Distributions (China) Ltd. ("Synnex") on EIZO products.

Warranty Term by Product Type

  1. To obtain services, customer must provide the original invoice with model number listed. If the proof of purchase cannot be provided, Synnex reserves the rights to refuse the provision of the service.

  2. Only applicable to brand new and genuine products supplied by Synnex and its authorized dealers in China, excluding special priced products. Otherwise, an additional inspection fee and other related expenses will be charged.

  3. Notwithstanding any other provision of this warranty, Synnex shall have no obligation under this warranty whatsoever in any of the cases as set forth below:
    1. Any defect of the product caused by freight damage, modification, alteration, abuse, misuse, accident, incorrect installation, disaster, faulty maintenance and/or improper repair by third party other than Synnex;
    2. Any incompatibility of the product due to possible technical innovations and/or regulations;
    3. Any deterioration of display performance caused by the deterioration of expendable parts such as the LCD panel and/or backlight, etc. (e.g. changes in brightness, changes in brightness uniformity, changes in color, changes in color uniformity, defects in pixels including burnt pixels, etc.);
    4. Any defect of the product caused by external equipment;
    5. Any defect of the product on which the original serial number has been altered or removed;
    6. Any normal deterioration of the product, particularly that of consumables, accessories, and/or attachments (e.g.buttons, rotating parts, cables, User's Manual, etc.); and
    7. Any deformation, discoloration, and/or warp of the exterior of the product including that of the surface of the LCD panel.

Part II

Upon successful online product warranty registration within 30 days from the date of purchase, then the warranty set out in these terms and conditions will apply.
  1. 3-month Extended Warranty Offer and a Free On-site Calibration Service are invalid if information such as date of purchase/ model/ serial number customers provided is incorrect.

3-month Extended Warranty Offer Terms & Conditions


A1.
Start from 1 July 2014. Synnex will extend the warranty for selected models by an additional 3 months (the "Offer") if customers register EIZO product successful online within 30 days from the date of purchase.

A2.
The Offer is applicable to China. Selected models (excluded special priced products) are as follows:

FlexScan Series: EV2336W, EV2736W, EV2750, EV2450, EV2451
ColorEdge Series: CG2420, CG2730, CG277, CG318, CS240, CS2420, CS270, CS230, CS2730
FORIS Series: FG2421, FS2333, FS2434

This Offer does not cover the accessories of the above products or consumables such as, but not limited to optional LCD monitor arms, stands, software, firmware, driver, sensor, and hoods that are sold separately from the monitors.
